- 12 slices of bacon
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C) or prepare a grill for indirect cooking.
- Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, She Calls Me Honey Rub, and mix well.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.

- Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers on the smoker or grill, and cook for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
