Bacon Wrapped Woo Pig Jalapeno Poppers


  • 12 large jalapeno peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Woo Pig BBQ She Calls Me Honey 
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • Toothpicks


  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C) or prepare a grill for indirect cooking.
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, She Calls Me Honey Rub, and mix well.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  6. Sprinkle each popper with She Calls Me Honey to add some seasoning to the bacon
  7. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers on the smoker or grill, and cook for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender.
  8. Remove the toothpicks and serve the smoked bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers immediately.
