Cream Cheese Sausage Balls (quick & easy) - Savory With Soul

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons Woo Pig BBQ She Calls Me Hot Honey
  • Cooking spray

  1. Preheat your smoker/pellet grill/oven to 375°F

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Rotel, baking mix, chopped green onions (if using), and Woo Pig BBQ She Calls Me Hot Honey. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  3. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. You can use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the balls.

  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Remove from the smoker and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Optionally, serve the cream cheese sausage balls with your favorite dipping sauce, such as stone ground mustard, ranch dressing, or a sweet chili sauce.

These cream cheese sausage balls are perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a tasty snack. Enjoy!
