- 1/3 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 limes
- 4 tablespoons Woo Pig BBQ Southern Charm All Purpose Seasoning
- Cotija cheese, crumbled (optional)
Instructions:
