Honey Bacon Balsamic Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Woo Pig BBQ She Calls Me Honey


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and She Calls Me Honey Seasoning until well coated.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  4. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Remove excess grease.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar and honey.

  6. Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, transfer them to a large bowl. Add the crispy bacon and pour the balsamic-honey mixture over them. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
