Honey Mustard Glazed Grilled Chicken

Honey Mustard Glazed Grilled Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Woo Pig BBQ She Calls Me Honey

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and Woo Pig BBQ She Calls Me Honey to create the marinade.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the honey mustard marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Reserve the remaining marinade for basting.

  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or preferably, let it marinate for a few hours to enhance the flavor.

  4. Preheat your grill/smoker to medium-high heat.

  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.

  6. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice grill marks. Baste the chicken with the reserved honey mustard marinade during the last few minutes of grilling.

  7. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
