Smoked Stuffed Mushrooms

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 12-15 large button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Woo Pig BBQ Southern Charm
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, and Southern Charm All Purpose Seasoning until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps, filling each one generously.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the olive oil and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
  5. Place the mushrooms onto a smoker rack and smoke for 45-60 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the smoker and serve immediately.
