Ingredients:
- 12-15 large button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Woo Pig BBQ Southern Charm
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onions, and Southern Charm All Purpose Seasoning until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps, filling each one generously.
- In another bowl, mix together the olive oil and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms onto a smoker rack and smoke for 45-60 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the smoker and serve immediately.
