Game Day Cheese Ball


  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Woo Pig BBQ Southern Charm All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
  • Thin slices of white cheddar
  • Chopped cooked bacon


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and Woo Pig BBQ Southern Charm All Purpose Seasoning. Mix until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into a football shape on a serving platter or a piece of parchment paper. You can use plastic wrap to help shape it if needed. 

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped nuts and bacon.

  4. Carefully coat the entire surface of the cheese ball with the chopped nuts and bacon,  pressing them gently to adhere. 

  5. Use the thin sliced mozzarella to create the laces and any other design you wish on the football.

  6. Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to firm up.
